Block C Awards
The Block C is Century's most prestigious award. It is available to fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students. Students receive the award at the annual Block C Extravaganza during the last week of school at a themed event. It is a special occasion honoring Century's best and brightest students who exemplify being strong in mind, body, and spirit.
2025-2026 Theme: Driven for Success (Cars)

Block C Timelines and Information: Up to Date
8/18 4th-6th Grade Students given opportunity for Fall Sports, Cheer, Game Cheer Block C Points
8/18 Peer counselors selected from prior year recommendations
8/20 First Service contracts given out to selected students for Block C Point. These include before school equipment setup, before school breakfast help, and during lunch cafeteria support. Students can ask Mrs. Peterson to be put on a list for next round beginning 9/15.
8/21 Mr. Warren visited classrooms to offer Principal Advisory Council applications, to discuss student behavior and dress code regarding Block C, and to answer any questions.
8/22 Block C Coffee with the Principal: This was for parents to get questions answered. After this meeting, questions should come from students since it is a student leadership and responsibility award.
